Rick has a deep understanding and focus on sports massages and remedial based therapy.

Over the years, Rick has provided office workers, and sportspeople of all levels, including, runners, swimmers, cyclists and dancers with one of the best massage therapy treatment in Crows Nest and Sydney.

Rick knows the benefit of a professional massage, and its ability to improve performance, be it sporting, or day to day mobility. Rick is dedicated to helping people optimise their physical performance through massage.

Carole Gridley

Carole is a Guest Practitioner at Knots in Knead, providing a specialist service, Remedial Stone Fusion massage sessions. This is a 90-minute treatment with a focus on using heated and/or cooled stones for deep relaxation, emotional grounding and positive results in reducing muscle tension.

Carole is a qualified, highly proficient and passionate remedial massage therapist and aromatherapist. Her experience spans 26 years working with a wide range of clients in a number of clinical settings, including five years in a neuro-physiotherapy facility.

In recent years, she has undertaken extensive additional training, amassing skills and knowledge that enhance her treatments, taking them to a new level.

Carole’s specialty and focus are to provide holistic, deeply relaxing and transformative sessions – especially beneficial to those managing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, transition, loss, trauma recovery, chronic conditions, cancer treatments, injury rehabilitation, pregnancy and post-natal care.

Her tailored approach to each client’s session combines remedial massage techniques to reduce muscle tension amd methods to calm and re-balance the nervous system,with listening, use of sound, heated and cooled stones, and individually prescribed high-vibrational essential oil blends.

(NB: Carole doesn’t do sports massage or deep tissue treatments).
