Had recently moved back to the area and was looking for a new massage therapist. My 90min session with Rick was fantastic - he was very attentive and delivered a firm massage as requested. Have been running quite a lot recently and I felt like I got a new set of legs! Was able to claim part of it on private health insurance too. I will definitely be back.

One of the best massages I've ever had. I often have the issue of the therapist not going hard enough, or not being able to. Rick is elite, and can give a firm massage to order while still having complete control and care throughout the session. I'll be back!

Best massage I’ve ever had. Rick is incredibly talented - applying great attention to how your body is functioning and what is needed to remedy any dysfunction as a whole. His work is purposeful, and thorough. Will be definitely be back.

I feel like a new woman each time I come out from a massage, it helps me on so many levels. Migranes have virtually gone away. Highly recommned!

I was lucky enough to find some of Carole’s free time for a massage yesterday. Went in with back and neck stiffness and after even one lovely session, the old back is less stiff and sore. Carole was lovely from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Severe back pain. I could barely walk and was in extreme pain, now after two sessions with Rick, I am walking around with minimal discomfort (I'm never pain free at my best). I highly recommend Rick's massage service. Btw the room is heated and the guy is a brilliant conversationalist.

I’ve booked my first session after suffering from sciatica and other chronic pain. Due to my past experiences with massages only helping short term, yet desperate for relief I was sceptical that one appointment would be enough to get rid of sciatica. I've been seeing Rick for a 6 months now and highly recommend him for a remedial or sports massage. He tailors the massage to your needs and has the ability to identify knots you aren't even aware of. You'll leaving feeling relaxed with improved mobility.

Rick has been in the area for a number of years and my only regret is I didn't visit sooner. I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and I will be coming back. I've been in the area for a number of years and have tried most of the remedial massage therapists in the lower north shore.

I had a severe lower back pain (I think I have done a wrong move during my exercise) and it was so painful that I couldn't even bend or stand straight and I couldn't have a good sleep. I was so annoyed that I will have to miss few pole classes until I get it fixed.
Rick is such an amazing massage therapist! He listens to you carefully and focuses on the right spots.
After just one session it was like magic! My back felt more loose and mobile and I have done couple of classes after with all the heavy moves going upside down!
I would definitely recommend a visit for a deep tissue massage! Thanks a lot Rick!

Best place for Remedial massage. Highly recommend Rick as he is so professional, friendly and perfect with the work he does.
Very clean place. I have seen Rick during my pregnancy and post pregnancy and he is amazing always.
He listens to my issues(esp severe lower backpain and stiff shoulders)very patiently and make sure, I walk out relaxed and painfree.

I'd been suffering from severly stiff neck and shoulders and chose to see Rick for the first time. I can't reccommend him highly enough!! Rick's expertise was obvious within the first few minutes and by the half way mark I was very happy to realise I had stumbled across an outstanding therapist and would no longer need to suffer any muscle soreness or stiffness! The distance between discomfort and bliss is covered by Rick!

Doesn't matter where I move or where I go. No remedial place compares to Knots and Kneads- My problem areas are my shoulders, back and neck. I always leave feeling like a whole new person; never still in pain or feeling worse (before it gets better).
I would highly recommend this to my family and friends, Rick is very, very good!
