Rick has been in the area for a number of years and my only regret is I didn't visit sooner. I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and I will be coming back. I've been in the area for a number of years and have tried most of the remedial massage therapists in the lower north shore.

I had a severe lower back pain (I think I have done a wrong move during my exercise) and it was so painful that I couldn't even bend or stand straight and I couldn't have a good sleep. I was so annoyed that I will have to miss few pole classes until I get it fixed.Rick is such an amazing massage therapist! He listens to you carefully and focuses on the right spots.After just one session it was like magic! My back felt more loose and mobile and I have done couple of classes after with all the heavy moves going upside down!I would definitely recommend a visit for a deep tissue massage! I'd been suffering from severly stiff neck and shoulders and chose to see Rick for the first time. I can't reccommend him highly enough!! Rick's expertise was obvious within the first few minutes and by the half way mark I was very happy to realise I had stumbled across an outstanding therapist and would no longer need to suffer any muscle soreness or stiffness! After having a problem with my lower back for a few weeks, I decided to find somewhere to get a deep tissue massage. I came across Knots in Knead in my local area and decided to book a spot. The space is clean and relaxing but more importantly Rick is a great masseuse, strong and focused where i needed it most. I left feeling more loose and mobile in my back and shoulders. I would definitely recommend a visit for a deep tissue massage. Thanks Rick.

I took the plunge to try a new massage therapist for my sciatica which I've struggled with for 3.5 months. After reading the positive reviews on here about Rick's massages I bit the bullet and had a 1 hour remedial treatment. It was the first bit of relief I've had in months that wasn't from pain medication. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick from Knots in Knead. The percussion massage to finish the session was a nice touch. The practice is warm, clean and inviting and Rick is professional, friendly and a skilled therapist. Cheers mate!
